Amen Sarah! Amen! The one year I got the flu shot (doctor recommended), I got so sick. I ended up in the emergency clinic and they thought I was having a stroke (literally). Nope, just a really base case of the flu! I got a strain that wasn't in the flu shot mixture, so the shot was useless for me. Since then, I don't get a flu shot and I won't let them give it to my kiddos either.
